The rooms at Bloomfield are just perfect for a budget traveler like me. They have a private bathroom and cozy bed linen that made me feel right at home. Plus, the self check-in feature was so convenient!
Personally, I found the kitchenware in the double room a bit lacking. But hey, that's just my opinion and others might still find it sufficient.

Location, location, location! The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Lancaster, just a stone's throw away from popular points of interest such as the Cathedral Church of St Peter and the Trough of Bowland.
Radiator didn't work.

The property is just 400 meters from the beautiful Trough of Bowland, so I had plenty of opportunities to get lost in nature. The nearest airport is Leeds Bradford International Airport, making my departure even more enjoyable.
Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of a rat making itself at home on my window sill. How charming!

The location of the hotel was great, with key attractions and amenities within easy reach. the communal kitchen was well-equipped and nicely decorated, providing a pleasant environment for cooking and socializing.
the lack of proper maintenance was evident with poorly fitted flooring and a non-functioning radiator. The open front door was a security concern, and the noise from other guests made for a less than peaceful stay.

There were plenty of pillows and towels provided, which was convenient. , the kitchen facilities were available, although I didn't make use of them.
The room was incredibly cramped, and I couldn't get the bathroom or lounge radiators to work. Unfortunately, my messages to the owner/management company went unanswered.

I recently stayed at Stayboom in Lancaster for a few nights. As a solo traveler, I found the property to be clean and secure, with working entry codes. The availability of ample pillows and towels was a nice touch. Although I didn't use the kitchen facilities, it was great to know they were there. The location of the hotel was also convenient, being close to town.
I do recommend this hotel.

The cleanliness was impressive, and the key codes worked smoothly for entry. Adequate pillows and towels were provided. The kitchen looked invitingly well-designed, although I didn't utilize it. It's worth noting that a sociable traveler may find the lack of on-site staff slightly isolating. The location was satisfactory.
